Descripción de la oferta

Our Back Office team in Palma de Mallorca is growing. We are looking for an account payable specialist, fluent in English. Our ideal candidate is a person who is flexible and who is used to work in a fast-paced and international environment.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Processing the payments into the system.
  • Prepayments handling.
  • Reconciling outstanding supplier balances.
  • Coordination of the information flow among all stakeholders, both internally & externally.
  • Preparation of regular reports and other ad-hoc reports in excel.
  • Support in several finance projects.

Requisitos

  • Degree in accounting / business administration or equal
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • High level of English is a must and other languages are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel; the knowledge of Navision will be highly appreciated.
