Digitalising offerings for excursions and activities is complex. Hotels lack in having the right tools while Global Online Travel Agencies have already taken a significant market share. Local Activity Companies might still be using pen and paper or legacy technology. This is where triggle comes in to help building technical solutions and to bring prices and availabilities online.

With a strong presence in Spain, we are now further expanding our business in more European markets.

Do you enjoy technology and support people to use it? In Triggle, we are deploying from scratch a new Modern Workplaces team, our Microsoft system engineer plays a crucial part providing functional and/or technical expertise to build architectures around Microsoft Workplace ecosystem solution. Are you in?

Responsibilities

Lead and develop estimates, architecture and risks for new projects and current platform. You will lead a process of digital transformation linked to our platform in Cloud
Framework definition and implementation of Microsoft online ecosystems (O365, Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint, Endpoint Manager…)
Provide support on the maintenance of the Business Intelligence Applications (Power Platform, Flow and Dynamics365)
Enterprise communications management with Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange, etc.
Definition of key metrics and System monitoring to ensure our compliance.
Work in coordination with Technical Support to define main keys of Users and Devices management

How will you do it?

You will work closely with our IT, Product and Commercial team, around 35 enthusiastic colleagues
Laptop, keyboard, headphones, 2 screens…all what you need to work comfortable will be provided.

Requisitos

About you:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as Microsoft 365 system engineer or similar.
- knowledge on Atlassian Suite is a plus
- High ability on documenting processes
- You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, problem solving is part of your ability by thinking outside the box for suitable solutions.
- High level of English.
