Job description

We are looking for HR Assistant, to join our Human Resources team based in Palma de Mallorca.  The successful candidate will give support across the different brands, MTS Globe, OTS Globe and Axis Data, with a strong focus on recruitment hiring the best talent on the market, whilst ensuring the highest level of candidate experience. In addition, you will be involved in HR continuous improvement projects to ensure a consistent and professional HR service and close cooperation with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment: Identifying the best sources and methods to locate the best candidates for our open positions according to key requirements (blogs, job boards, business

networks, etc.). This includes publication of vacancies, screening, conducting interviews, create ad hoc candidates reports, etc.

  • Welcome on board new employees: Be involved in all the Welcoming processes for the new employees in the company, accompany new-joiners on their first days and organizing the trainings with the different departments.
  • Training: Support in the creation, design and monitoring the Training Plan. Also, be involved in training logistics (internal and external), including management of FUNDAE application.
  • Support the implementation of new HR and corporate social responsibity initiatives.
  • A certificate of disability will be recognised

Requirements

  • HR professional with minimum 1 year experience in an international environment, with especial focus on recruitment.
  • University Degree (Psychology, Labour Relations or Pedagogy).
  • Fluent level in the English and Spanish language (written and verbal). German will be a plus.
  • Good level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
  • Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
