Job description


We are looking for a Quality & Customer Service Agent to join our Quality & Customer Service in Antalya Region - Turkey. The role will report to the Quality & Customer Service Manager and must be a well-organized and stress-resistant team player ensuring that tour operators' inquiries regarding complaints and health and safety are dealt with in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • The principle of customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve problems within a customer satisfaction
  • The ability to solve problems within a fast-paced environment
  • Respond to all complaints and inquiries promptly, professionally, and consistently.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to possible complaints 
  • Ensure that all hotels have completed the H&S checklist completely and correctly.
  • To do Health & Safety checks on the spot
  • Organize the workday according to priorities

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position (preferably experience in travel agencies).
  • High English and/or German level
  • Degree in Tourism or similar
  • Good computer skills. (Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and adapt quickly to our in-house operation system)
  • Self-Improvement in stress management.
  • Good dictation and good communication skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with people across all departments
  • The ability to solve problems within a fast-paced environment
  • Military service completed.
  • Advanced English/German in reading, writing & speaking.
  • Suitable for teamwork
  • B Category driver’s license
