Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Marsa Allam, Egypt. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about fostering a positive and productive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation and ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with current laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 year of experience in an HR role, internship, or administrative support capacity (HR internship experience is a plus).
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
