Job description

Job Summary

The Quality Coordinator ensures that all fleet operations comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. This role focuses on monitoring, auditing, and improving processes related to vehicle maintenance, driver performance, and operational efficiency to maintain high-quality service and minimize risks.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for fleet operations.
  • Conduct regular audits on vehicle maintenance, documentation, and compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to safety standards and transportation regulations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely preventive and corrective actions.
  • Train drivers and staff on quality and safety protocols.
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
  • Investigate incidents or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain records of inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in fleet or transportation.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and fleet management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.
