Job description

Job Purpose:

The Talent Management Specialist (L&D) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth. This role ensures the organization fosters a culture of continuous learning and talent development aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design training programs for technical, soft skills, and leadership development.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps.
  • Use data and feedback to prioritize learning initiatives.
  • Support career pathing and internal mobility programs.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and readiness assessments for key roles.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Explore innovative learning solutions (microlearning, gamification, etc.).
  • Measure training effectiveness and ROI using KPIs and analytics.
  • Prepare reports on learning impact and employee development progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English
