Job description

We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our team in Ibiza. Our future teammate would be part of the Transfers department in our office in Ibiza.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management and control of transfers.
  • Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
  • Management of claims and incidents.
  • Coordinate with the team at the airport.
  • Follow up of the services provided to clients: invoicing, quality, etc.
  • Manage special requests and VIP clients.
  • Optimize the transfer routes in the island.
  • Be aware of the traffic restrictions to redesign 
  • A certificate of disaibility will be recognised.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Tourism or similar.
  • Demonstrated high level of IT skills with ability to understand technology concepts.
  • Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to inhouse operational systems.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork-oriented task handling.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High level of English and Spanish required, other languages are a plus.
