Job description

AIRPORT COORDINATOR

We are looking for an Airport Coordinator to join our incoming agency in AGP-Costa del Sol to reinforce our team for next season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all the Transfer Assistants, establishing how the staff should proceed under the different situations and challenges they might face each day, organizing their shifts and managing the team to ensure a smoothly airport in-land operations.

Our airport’s team are the first face of our company, and they are key to ensure the best welcome experience to our clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize how the customers are welcome at the airport upon arrival
  • Coordinate and assist transfer from the airport to the hotel, make sure our requirements as a company are fulfilled and report to the main office any changes that could improve the quality of our service.
  • Update your team so they can provide the customers all the information they may need.
  • Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position will be valued.
  • Advanced level of English is a must, other languages will be a plus.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good knowledge of the destination.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible working schedule, as some flights land at night.
  • Own vehicle is necessary.
