Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is on the search for a new challenge. Our team is growing, and we are hiring Call Center Agents for an international projectin our receptive agency in our PMI Office for 2023-24 season.

 

The main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Telephone support to our clients and agencies.
  • Transfers’ y excursions’ schedule confirmation.
  • Handling accommodation issues in hotels
  • Lost and found assistance.
  • Assistance to customers with claims or emergencies.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum experience of one year in a similar position.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Fluent English writing and speaking.
  • Basic knowledge of German
  • Flexible working schedule.
  • Office Package knowledge.
  • Outlook, teams, excel.
