Job description

We are looking for a Supplier Integrations Agent to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. The ideal candidate would be a proactive and analytical person, with good communication skills and a passion for the tourism sector. Our future teammate will be responsible for the following functions reporting directly to Destination Management Senior of Supplier Integrations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the distribution channels of MTS/OTS Globe through the Channel Manager between the hotel and the incoming agency for our Tour Operator clients.
  • Ensure the correct updating of data in all distribution channels of the online contracts.
  • Ensure the correct commercial distribution of these channels between hoteliers and destination delegations.
  • Ability to analyse the different distribution channels.
  • Review best practices to be implemented.
  • Propose and suggest improvements for the correct online distribution.
  • Act as an interlocutor between hotels and corporate teams with the aim of improving communication flows.
  • General application/process support for daily tasks: Being first level support in our destination (Americas) for questions and doubts.

Requirements

  • Degree in related business fields.
  • Extended understanding of Touristic Business (Knowledge of Channel Managers and Integration models is advantageous).
  • IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and related MS office products.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communications skills and proactivity
  • Results-oriented and self-organized working style.
